Who I work with
I work with management teams in mid-size B2B organisations and tourism destinations who have real ambitions and a point of view — but whose communication is not yet building the position they deserve. You know what you want to stand for. I help you get there and make sure the world knows it.

About me
For nearly 20 years, I have helped organisations build communication that actually works, from the strategy and the narrative down to the content that brings it to life.
My background spans corporate communication, change communication, internal communication, and content strategy. I have led communication functions at Maersk Tankers and Chr. Hansen, worked on global product launches at Novo Nordisk, and since 2021 have run my own consultancy working with B2B companies, life sciences organisations, and tourism destinations across Europe.
I work at the strategic end, connecting business strategy to communication strategy, building narratives that hold up, and keeping stakeholders aligned and projects on track. But I also produce and execute, because strategy without delivery is just a document. I do the whole loop.

How your leaders communicate shapes how your organisation is perceived, inside and out. I help your executives find their voice, build their positioning, and show up consistently, including on LinkedIn. And I make sure your people are as informed and engaged as your customers.
Change creates noise. Mergers, restructurings, rebrands, and leadership transitions — if you do not control the narrative, someone else will do it for you. I help you cut through it with communication that keeps all stakeholders informed, aligned, and moving in the same direction.
You could probably be saying so much more than you are. I develop content strategies built around your positioning, and produce the content that brings them to life, from articles and scripts to campaigns and presentations.
You need senior communication expertise, but probably not a full-time hire. As a fractional communication lead I become part of your team, embedded in your business, working a set number of days per week or month, and giving you the strategic ownership and continuity that a junior or part-time hire simply cannot.
It is how you as a mid-size company get access to the kind of expertise that usually only larger organisations can afford.
A defined challenge with a beginning and an end. I own the communication part of your project, strategically and often in production too, from a product launch to a restructuring to a new market entry. Timelines vary from a few weeks to several months.

Pricing
My hourly rate is DKK 1,300. For project-based work and fractional engagements, we agree on a fixed monthly or project fee depending on scope and involvement.
Languages
I work in English and Swedish. I live in Copenhagen and speak fluent Danish, which means I can absolutely be in the room, follow the nuance, and contribute. But if you need someone to write your annual report in Danish, I am not your person. I leave official Danish copywriting to the natives.
Swedish by origin, raised partly in Nicaragua, lived in nine countries, and worked mostly in English throughout. It probably explains why I am good at finding the story that travels across borders and audiences.
